Taylor Power Systems Promotes Adam Smith to General Manager

Taylor Power Systems is excited to announce the promotion of Adam Smith to the position of General Manager for both Taylor Power Systems and Taylor Metal Fabrication. Adam takes over from Zach Taylor, who has been promoted to Director of Taylor Power Systems.

In addition to his positive work ethic, Adam possesses all the qualities of a genuine leader, and these attributes will serve him well as the next General Manager of Taylor Power Systems and Taylor Metal Fabrication,”  stated Zach Taylor, Director of Taylor Power Systems.

Adam began his career with Taylor Power Systems in May 2004, following in the footsteps of his esteemed father, Tommy Smith. Throughout his journey, he has evolved and excelled in various organizational roles. He started as an Assembler, showcasing his precision and attention to detail. His expertise and versatility soon allowed him to transition into other positions, including Electrician and Parts Sales Representative.

Driven by a passion for understanding the intricacies of the industry, Adam further developed his skills and knowledge while taking on roles with increasing responsibilities. He has served as a Generator Sales Representative and Quality Control Coordinator.

With his keen eye for optimization and efficiency, Adam was promoted to several pivotal managerial positions within Taylor Power. He has served as Production Manager, overseeing operations and ensuring smooth workflows. His leadership qualities became even more evident when he took on the role of Supply Chain Manager, where he streamlined processes and enhanced productivity throughout the organization.
