LOUISVILLE, Miss. and NEUSS, Germany, October 2026 — CVS Ferrari, a Taylor Group, Inc. company, is expanding its sales and customer support network in Germany through a new partnership with GS-

GS-Gabelstapler Service GmbH is the first independent dealer appointed by CVS Ferrari Deutschland in the German-speaking market of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. CVS Ferrari plans to add more regional partners over time.

The dealer network will complement CVS Ferrari Deutschland, the company’s factory representative in Germany, by giving customers more direct access to local equipment guidance, sales, and field service. GS-Gabelstapler Service, based in Wolfenbüttel in north-central Germany, will support customers across a territory that includes the Hanover, Helmstedt, Celle, Göttingen and Harz areas. The company has served the region for more than 45 years and has also been an authorized Toyota Material Handling dealer since mid-2026.

GS-Gabelstapler Service supports the movement, storage, and handling of materials within warehouses, terminals, and industrial facilities. Its services include new and used forklift sales, parts, maintenance, rentals, operator training, and equipment financing, including leasing and installment-purchase options. GS will also add CVS heavy-duty lift trucks to its rental and demonstration fleet.

CVS Director, Robert Taylor, said, “CVS is so proud to bring GS Gabelstapler into our growing family in Europe. It is an honor for such an astute material handling company to be representing our product. We look for a great future together, serving our customers.”

Kai-Norman Knötsch, Managing Director of CVS Ferrari Deutschland, commented, “Our customers expect advice and service to be available as close to them as possible. With GS, we have found a partner who knows its region and its requirements extremely well. For us, this marks the beginning of a network that we intend to expand step by step in order to provide even better support to our customers.”

Torsten Franke, Managing Director of GS-Gabelstapler Service, remarked, “We have known our customers’ requirements for decades and know where heavy-duty equipment is needed. With CVS, we are expanding our product range and closing a gap in our portfolio. Objective, partnership-based advice, comprehensive solutions and service have been the hallmarks of our company for more than 45 years. We are now delighted to be able to offer our customers CVS products for heavy-duty handling and container loading as well.”

CVS Ferrari Deutschland supplies equipment for ports, terminals, industrial operations and other demanding material-handling applications. The product line includes reach stackers for loaded and empty containers, mast-style empty container handlers for depots and port facilities, high-capacity lift trucks, and terminal tractors available in two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive configurations.

CVS reach stackers can stack containers up to six high. Certain mast-style empty container handlers can stack up to eight containers high and, depending on configuration, handle two empty containers at the same time. Heavy-duty lift trucks are available with rated capacities from 16 to 52 metric tons, approximately 35,300 to 114,600 pounds. Electric-drive empty container handlers and terminal tractors are also available to help customers address emissions and noise requirements at ports and terminals.

“High-quality products, sound advice, and first-class service are what distinguish us. With GS, we now have a partner at our side who enables us to fully meet these requirements. For us, this marks the beginning of a network that we intend to expand step by step in order to provide even better support to our customers,” said Oliver Hoffmann, Sales Manager, CVS Ferrari Deutschland.
