Terberg Taylor Americas Welcomes New Production Manager

Please join us in welcoming Nakia Maxwell to Terberg Taylor Americas as Production Manager at our Columbus, Mississippi manufacturing facility. Nakia brings more than 25 years of manufacturing and operational leadership experience to Terberg Taylor Americas.

Throughout his career, he has led large-scale operations, driven continuous improvement initiatives, developed high-performing teams, and delivered measurable results in safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance. With a strong background in manufacturing operations, team leadership, and process improvement, Nakia is committed to operational excellence, innovation, and building a culture where employees can thrive. Known for his servant leadership style and passion for developing people, he is dedicated to fostering high-performance teams while ensuring efficient production and exceptional results.

In his role at Terberg Taylor Americas, Nakia will oversee production of the YT193, YT203, YT223, and YT203EV terminal tractors. He will also collaborate closely with teams across the organization to achieve operational excellence, support continuous improvement efforts, and help advance our strategic goals.
