Eric Tacker Appointed as Director of Aftersales – Europe

The Taylor Group, Inc. and CVS Ferrari S.P.A. are pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Tacker as Director of Taylor Aftersales Europe and CVS Aftersales Europe, with responsibility over CVS Italy and CVS Germany Parts and Sales. In addition, Eric has been appointed to the CVS Italy Board of Directors, where he will serve as Managing Director for Aftersales.

Over the course of his career with Taylor companies, Eric has held roles spanning field service, aftermarket support, customer service, and business leadership. His extensive experience working closely with customers, dealers, and service organizations has contributed to the continued growth and success of Taylor’s operations and aftermarket support initiatives.

In his new role, Eric will lead efforts to further strengthen parts availability, service support, and customer satisfaction throughout Europe while helping drive coordination and growth across the CVS Italy and CVS Germany organizations. His appointment reinforces The Taylor Group’s commitment to providing world-class aftermarket support and maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the region.
